Dr. Michael Nesheiwat acknowledges he has a problem saying, “No.”
He’s an elected Putnam County coroner.
His second public job is coordinator of the three-man coroner’s office.
He’s medical director at the Putnam County jail.
In his fourth public position, Dr. Mike, as he is known, performs “return to work” physicals for Putnam County employees,
Rounding out his quintet of public jobs, since Dec. 15 Nesheiwat has also served in the 40-hour-a-week post as Putnam County’s interim health commissioner, overseeing its 47-employee department.
In all, he juggles five different publicly funded jobs, earning at a rate of more than $200,000 a year. But that is not all that he does with his medical license.
